  • 2. Please Be on Time Our trip is a full-day adventure with a packed schedule. To ensure we can visit all planned locations and give everyone plenty of time to enjoy them, we depart exactly on time. Please arrive at the boat 15-20 minutes before departure to get settled comfortably.
  • 3. Let Us Know Your Needs (and Friends!) We want your day to be carefree. If you have a special dietary requirement (e.g., a vegetarian menu) or are coming with a small pet, please be sure to inform us when booking. This helps us prepare and ensure comfort for you and all other guests on board.
  • Free Cancellation

Cancellation Policy Free cancellation is available for all bookings cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, as well as cancellations made on the day of the trip or “no-shows,” are non-refundable.
